Ultimate Vehicle Solutions Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Automotive Dealer Experianced Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to join our team in a part-time, work from home capacity. This flexible role is ideal for someone with proven dealership experience who is looking to balance professional and personal commitments while contributing to a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations

Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and promptly

Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and customer service

Collaborate with the management team to provide financial reports and insights

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and dealership regulations

Identify and implement opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in a bookkeeping/invoicing/admin role within an Automotive Dealership (essential)

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team

Strong communication and customer service abilities

Bookkeeping/accounting qualifications are highly regarded but not essential
