Bookkeeper – Flexible Hours | Caringbah

We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our friendly and professional accounting practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking flexibility, ideally suited to a parent with school-aged children or someone returning to the workforce.

🕒 Part-Time | Minimum 3 Days Per Week
📍 Caringbah, NSW
💰 $35–$45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for supporting our team and clients with end-to-end bookkeeping services, including:

Bank reconciliations

Accounts payable and receivable

Payroll processing

BAS/IAS preparation

Data entry and general bookkeeping duties

Communicating with clients and assisting with queries

What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in Xero and MYOB is essential

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Previous experience in a public practice environment is highly regarded
