We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Business Manager ES1-5 to lead, manage and coordinate the school's financial, personnel and administration systems. You will be leading a small administration team and working closely with the Principal and School Council.

Demonstrated capacity to lead an office team, including capacity for directing the work of others.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in respect to human resource and financial management record systems.

Sound knowledge of financial management legal requirements and practices, including the capacity to produce reports and provide advice in respect to those reports.

High level organisational skills, including the capacity to prioritise work flows.

High level written and verbal communication skills.
