Based in Melbourne’s West, this large College with over 2,000 students is looking to fill the newly created role of Administration/Operations Manager.

You will work closely with the Vice Principal, to manage the day-to-day running of the Administrative functions within Campus.

Your extremely varied role will include things such as:

• Manage front office - ensuring excellent service is being provided to all, and leading process improvements around enrolments and attendances;
• Oversee Library operations – resources management including purchasing within budgets, staff coordination, and overseeing library technology;
• Work closely with the IT Manager – ensuring efficient running of IT services to support all school operations, conduct audits of resources, hardware and licenses, and continuous focus on IT improvements;
• Human Resources – working closely with department heads to assess staffing needs, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and assist with escalated ER matters; and
• Oversee First Aid department, ensuring compliance of policies legal regulations and OH&S guidelines.

To be considered, you will have:

• Experience as an Operations, Administration or Business Manager within a school;
• Clear understanding of Education departmental processes;
• Strong IT Management skills to continue to keep up-to-date with the ever changing world of technology; and
• A friendly, approachable and energetic nature, ready to form relationships and search for continuous improvements in this wonderful school.
