My client is an established accounting firm are seeking a Business Services Manager / Senior Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.

You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of approx $1M and 3-4 accountants (off-shore and on-site). Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with the majority of clients ranging up to $30M turnover and some large private groups.

• Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities
• Finalising complex financial accounts
• Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more
• Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice
• Train, mentor and delegate to team members
• Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines
• Providing support to Director in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Applicants: (Ideal but not essential)

• Currently working in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax
• CA/CPA qualified
• Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen
