In this pivotal role, you'll report directly to the Principal and be responsible for the financial and operational leadership of the School. You will play a key role in shaping the School's future through sound financial stewardship, compliance, and resource management, ensuring the ongoing success of the educational program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic financial management and reporting
• Leadership and governance participation
• Risk, compliance, and HR oversight
• ICT and facilities operations
• Capital works and project management
• Secretarial support to the School Council and sub-committees

About You:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven success in financial, operational, and risk management-preferably in an education setting
• Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Experience overseeing HR and supporting change
• Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Business Management
• CPA or CAANZ membership (preferred)
