Duties & Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Construct and dismantle formwork for foundations, walls, suspended slabs, columns and other structural elements

Measure, cut, and assemble formwork materials (primarily timber and steel)

Ensure all formwork structures meet technical specifications and safety regulations

Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and other trades

Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ full-time recent experience as a Formworker

Proven skills in civil or commercial construction projects

Ability to read and interpret plans

Good understanding of workplace health and safety standards

Trade qualifications preferred (e.g., Certificate III in Formwork/Carpentry or equivalent)

Must be eligible for 482 visa sponsorship (skills and experience must align with Australian requirements)
