KHG are currently seeking applications from experienced Formwork Carpenters.

This position will suit experienced and qualified Formwork Carpenters who are looking for DIDO work or FIFO.

Location & Project: Various sites

Position: Formwork Carpenter

Roster: Various rosters (5:2, 2:1 etc)

Employment type: Full time

Pay Rate: $120,000 too $150,000 depending on experience

Skills required

• Interpret drawings and specifications
• Ability to be able to construct conventional formwork
• Mark and line out formwork of the drawings
• Erect and dismantle formwork as instructed
• Accurately install Cast-in's such as bolts, cast in plates, ducts etc
• Inspect and ensure formwork and temporary works are firmly secured prior to concrete pour
• Assist with steel fixing when required
• Monitor formwork throughout pours
• Cutting wood joints

Requirements

• Australia recognised Trade Certificate
• At least 3 years experience
• Valid Construction White Card
• Candidate must undergo and successfully pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug / Alcohol Screening
