Navi Construction is a Perth-based company known for delivering quality residential and commercial projects across the metropolitan area. We are currently seeking experienced, self-motivated, and reliable Formwork Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Concreters to join our team for an immediate start.

With long-term contracts secured, we offer ongoing and consistent work for the right candidates who can demonstrate their skills and reliability.

Roles Available:

• Formwork Carpenters: Specialising in stair formwork, reading plans, and setting up formwork for foundations, slabs, and walls.
• Steel Fixers: Installing and fixing steel reinforcement in concrete structures with precision and quality.
• Concreters: Pouring, finishing, and setting concrete for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Formwork Carpenters:

• Build, set, and strip formwork for foundations, slabs, walls, and stairs
• Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
• Maintain high safety and quality standards

Steel Fixers:

• Install and secure steel reinforcement (rebar) in concrete structures
• Ensure accurate placement according to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards

Concreters:

• Prepare and pour concrete for foundations, slabs, and other structures
• Finish concrete surfaces to the highest standards of quality
• Ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with safety procedures

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Proven experience in formwork, steel fixing, or concreting on residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Construction Card (essential)
• Driver’s licence and own transport (essential)
• Availability for up to 5 days per week
• Personal toolbelt and basic tools of the trade (essential)
• Must be able to pass random drug & alcohol tests
