What We Expect

Surface Preparation:

Sanding and Cleaning: Preparing surfaces by sanding, scraping, and cleaning to remove old paint, dust, and debris.

Repairing Imperfections: Filling cracks, holes, and other imperfections with putty or plaster to ensure a smooth, even surface.

Priming: Applying primer to seal surfaces and ensure proper paint adhesion.

Painting and Application:

Applying Finishes: Applying varnishes, stains, or other decorative finishes as needed.

Wallpapering: Hanging wallpaper on walls or other surfaces.

Working at Heights: Using ladders, scaffolding, or other equipment to reach higher areas.

Other Responsibilities:

Tool Maintenance: Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order, including cleaning and storage.

Worksite Organization: Keeping the worksite clean, organized, and free of debris.

Safety Compliance: Adhering to workplace health and safety regulations, including proper handling of paints and solvents.

Client Communication: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Quality Control: Inspecting completed work for quality and making necessary corrections
