What You’ll Do

Assist in creating formwork and falsework designs

Draft 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD (or similar)

Support site teams with technical input and drawing revisions

Work closely with the PM team and site supervisors

Learn structural concepts, load paths, and system efficiencies

Develop your skills with hands-on training and mentoring

What You’ll Need

Background in drafting, civil/structural engineering, or construction

Experience with CAD software

Keen interest in design and construction problem-solving

Good communication and attention to detail

Willingness to learn and grow with the business
