The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Office Administrator who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and is looking for a part-time opportunity.

The part-time hours for this position are up to 24-30 hours per week which can be worked over three to five days.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
· Ensure the office and its surrounds are kept clean and tidy at all times.
· Provide administrative support to Directors, Corporate Services Manager and Project Teams.
· Scheduling meetings, preparing agenda’s and recording minutes
· Field trip logistics support with flight, accommodation, car parking and car hire bookings
· Support in staff recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of staff members
· Assist with project billing and project resourcing using our Project Management system
· Liaise with staff and the IT company regarding IT requirements and issues
· Coordinate staff meetings and events and organize catering
· Manage stakeholder contact details through company CRM
· Data entry and project reporting
· Order and maintain office supplies
· Other duties as required.

· Experience in Office365 applications such as SharePoint and MS Teams is highly regarded.

Requirements

· Drivers Licence & Vehicle
· Police Clearance (within 6 months)
· Working with Children card (or willingness to obtain).
