About the Role
BOSS is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator / Scheduler in our elevator division who can manage the performance and compliance outcomes pertaining to testing, service, repair, equipment upgrades and new installations. You will have the support of a customised industry software platform, with access to the control panel for effective planning. You will be working alongside our Service Managers, Team Leaders and administration team to achieve the optimum results for our clients.
The salary package will be determined by your knowledge, skill and experience.
Your typical week will include:
* Schedule routine maintenance and major testing within legislative tolerance periods
* Schedule quoted repairs, equipment upgrades and new installations
* Monitor critical deadlines and follow up
* Manage technician assignment, workload, and minimise travel between jobs, for best performance outcomes
* Evaluate service outcomes in comparison to contractual obligations for each contract/site
* Audit site compliance and severity of outstanding asset defects
* Issue Annual Compliance Reports and Certificates to clients
* Issue Dilapidation and Handover Reports
* Audit of site documents and forms & documents stored on the client portal
* Audit the accuracy of content and pricing in the control centre of the software platform
* Enter client requests and updating status into our software platforms
* Assist with tender and quotation preparation
* Assist with contract preparation
* Assist with WH&S site document preparation
* Comprehensive written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders
Position Prerequisite
* Minimum of five (5) years in a similar service coordinator role
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suites and industry software platforms
* General knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety legislation
Note: Certificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma will be highly regarded
