About the role

Encore Electrical is seeking a skilled Service Co-ordinator to join our onsite team at our Slacks Creek, QLD Head Office. This full-time role will play a crucial part in managing our service operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and schedule service appointments for our electrical technicians

Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide updates on service status

Maintain detailed records of service requests and job progress via our computing system Simpro

Assist with the administration of service-related reports, documentation and invoicing

Provide administrative support to the wider service team as required

What we're looking for

At least 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally within the trades industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

Strong organisational and time management skills to effectively coordinate multiple service activities

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office

A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
