team by hiring a Junior Service Coordinator to work alongside our experienced Service

Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some background in the HVAC-R

industry—whether from wholesaling, trade assistance, or administration—who’s ready to

grow into a key operations role with full training provided.

The Role:

As a Junior Service Coordinator, you will work closely with our Service Manager to support

the day-to-day running of service operations. Your role will involve scheduling jobs, liaising

with technicians and customers, ordering parts, and ensuring smooth communication

across the board. You’ll play a vital part in helping the team stay organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in scheduling service jobs and allocating work to technicians.

 Monitor job progress and update clients with timeframes and follow-ups.

 Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for service enquiries.

 Follow up on service completion and ensure client satisfaction.

 Coordinate daily schedules and provide updates or changes to the field team.

 Prepare job documentation and assist with compiling technician reports.

 Order and track parts with local suppliers and wholesalers.

 Maintain an organized system for parts pickup/delivery.

 Update service records in our management system.

 Assist with quoting, invoicing, and job costing tasks under supervision.

About You:

You may have worked as:

- A trade assistant or apprentice in HVAC-R

- A parts interpreter or counter sales staff in a refrigeration wholesaler

- An administrator in a technical or trade-based environment

We’re looking for someone who:

 Is eager to learn and take initiative

 Has strong communication and organizational skills

 Can stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks

 Has a good understanding of HVAC-R terms and workflow

 Is comfortable using or learning job management systems (we will train you)

 Starting salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Super (based on experience)
