Your Role:

As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of driving our business growth by identifying new business opportunities, rapidly building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Your exceptional sales acumen and client service orientation will be essential in bringing significant new business to our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development by identifying, prospecting, and securing new clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Report on sales performance and market insights to company leadership.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in sales or business development.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships quickly.
• A motivated, results-oriented individual with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability.
• Proficiency in office software applications.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Eligible to work in Australia (visa, permanent residency, or citizenship).
