Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to join their collaborative team based in North Sydney.

About You

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is focused on new business development across Australia and New Zealand, with potential involvement in international markets if you bring that experience to the table. While the CEO leads initiatives in the international markets, you’ll be the driving force in ANZ!

You’ll report directly to the CEO and work in a flat, agile structure—free from layered decision-making of larger organisations! You’ll be encouraged to bring new ideas, make strategic decisions, and contribute meaningfully to the company’s growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Nutrition, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or vitamins and supplements industry.

Broad knowledge of vitamins and supplements including ingredients, dosage forms and packaging.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Highly proficient with MS Office, CRM and ERP systems.

Ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential customers.

Replying to inbound sales enquiries and setting meetings with target customers.

Present the company's services and capabilities in face-to-face and online meetings.

Preparing proposals and quotations, managing feedback and approvals.

Negotiate Customer Supply Agreements and Trading Terms.

Study market research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, regulatory affairs and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to build connections and promote the company's products and services.

Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.

Participate in regular product and service training sessions.
