This role would suit an enthusiastic applicant to be the face of our Physio and Allied Health practice and meet and greet all of our patients. Our rooms also have consulting suites with visiting medical specialists and our applicant will be the main point of contact for visiting Doctors and patients as well. This role is varied and no day is the same. This role will be part-time to start with and requires someone with full-time business hours capacity to work around the Physios and our visiting Doctors clinics.

We are looking for an applicant who has the following skillset:
• Ideally have previous experience in an allied health, medical or front-line admin/reception or customer service role. Experience working with Medical Specialist clinics would be valued.
• Be well presented, friendly, flexible and efficient, enjoy working in a small team and also working alone on quieter days.
• Have excellent written & oral communication skills and a strong customer focus to ensure all patients and visiting Doctors feel welcomed.
• Have strong competency with Microsoft Office.
• Have the ability and willingness to learn new software programs.
• Have excellent phone manners.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• An ability to adapt to individual work styles and varying situations, with a flexible approach to work
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Have an interest in business marketing and development.

Key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
• Arrive and take payments from patients.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and general patient enquiries.
• Manage incoming correspondence and liaise with the team of physios.
• Booking appointments for all our physio patients.
• Invoicing and receipting of patient consultations
• Liaising with the rooms of our visiting Doctors and sending end-of-day appointment lists and receipts back to their rooms.
• Be a face of the business and be actively involved in the company's marketing, growth and development
• All general front desk reception duties including ensuring the rooms are clean and well presented. Daily cleaning tasks are required as well as ordering of equipment and stock when needed.
