About Empower Health NQ:
Empower Health NQ is a local Allied Health practice offering a range of allied health services. All of our operations are underpinned by core our values: honesty, trust, respect and empathy. Our services include: Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Dietetics. We are looking for Fulltime Medical Receptionist to assist with our growing needs.

About the role:
The fulltime position available is 38 hours per week. The rostered hours for the role can be flexible but you will be required Monday-Friday. The successful applicant must be available between 7:30am and 5:30pm.

Your role includes the following:

· You must be able to consistently uphold and maintain our core values
· Excellent client experience – Ensuring that each client’s first (and ongoing) experience with EHNQ is an excellent experience.
· Communication skills – you must be confident to contact and create bookings for our referrals in person, over the phone or via email. You will also be responsible for managing the appointment diary
· Processing payments, creating invoices and billing
· Assisting with day-to-day operations
· Working with clinicians to assist them in delivering high quality experiences to each client

The hourly rate is between $26-$33 per hour.

What we are looking for:
· Medical Reception/Administration experience is preferred
· Communicates well with staff, clients, referrers, and other relevant stakeholders
· Works well in a fast-paced team environment
· Experience with practice management software and PRODA is preferred
· Competent computer skills are required
· Someone who enjoys working in a team environment but can also work independently
· Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods, and procedures
· First aid and CPR is preferred
