The role

Front reception duties, including welcoming patients in a friendly professionally manner.

Scheduling appointments and managing patient bookings.

Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services.

Providing general support to the allied health practitioners

Manage phone calls and emails with clients, referrers and insurers.

Assist with scanning, printing, invoicing, receipting including Hicaps, Medicare, DVA and Workcover billing.

General administrative duties including patient record management.

Social Media participation and content creation (eg. development of Instagram reels).

General tidying and a small amount of cleaning to keep clinic presentable is required.

What we're looking for

Experience in Allied Health or Medical Reception preferred.

Experience with practice management/clinical software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tech-Savvy with a high level of proficiency in computer literacy and social media.

Adam Physiotherapy is a fast-expanding local private practice who is seeking a receptionist to join our professional allied health team. The role is a part time position of 15-20 hours per week, however for the right receptionist hours can be increased and future opportunities to grow into a more permanent position or even management will be provided.
