The opportunity

KC Australia is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our team in our Osborne Park, WA office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to our sales, events, and management team

Manage and respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Facilitating internal communications for our clients and team

Assist with event and online preparations

Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

What we're looking for

Experience in a customer service or administration role is preferable but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office technologies

Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
