About the role

This is a full-time role located in Malaga, WA 6090, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales administration support to the Sales and Accounts teams at Harvestime WA. You will be an integral part of the Client and Sales Administration function, ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders, invoicing, and other key administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with customers to process orders and provide excellent customer service

Generate accurate invoices and manage the invoicing process

Maintain customer accounts and update customer information

Provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams as needed

Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and invoicing processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Transport logistics experience is advantageous including knowledge of Perth Metropolitan area

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

Excellent skills in accounting software MYOB or similar is essential

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives

Excellent telephone manner

Knowledge of invoicing and accounting processes is highly desirable
