About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Confetti family!

In this role, you will help our customers find their dream dress while genuinely embodying our values of empowerment, positivity, fun, and exceptional service.

Suited to a vibrant person with a can-do attitude, you will encourage body positivity of all shapes and sizes and must have a knack for making people feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. You will be a brand ambassador for Confetti Bridal & Formal and be responsible for maintaining the best possible customer experience always.

This leadership role is focused on supporting and strengthening the team. We're looking for someone who can provide guidance and structure while working alongside our existing staff, eventually building on their knowledge, experience, and strong sense of ownership. It is a hybrid role of sales and leadership, perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while also supporting and guiding a team. You'll have the opportunity to lead by example on the shop floor while developing your leadership skills through hands-on experience, acting as the key link between floor staff and the Store Manager.

To set you up for success, we offer a structured 4-week training progression plan, designed to build your confidence and knowledge in both sales performance and team leadership. Experience in leadership is preferred but not essential - we are looking for people with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and who are eager to learn!

Please kindly note the role is Tuesday – Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive and support Formal & Bridal sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

* Support, mentor, and guide team members to maintain service excellence and to achieve sales targets.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy.

* Work collaboratively with seamstresses to conduct customer alterations appointments.

* Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

* Identify and action opportunities for increasing sales, process improvements, increased efficiency, and enhanced customer experience alongside Store Manager

* Ensure the store remains clean, organised, and presentation-ready at all times, including delegating daily and weekly cleaning tasks to team members as needed.
