The role of Bookkeeping Team Leader at PBS.

As one of PBS’ talented Bookkeeping Team Leaders, you demonstrate empathy towards your clients, a natural ability to work within a team, and of course - an unparalleled understanding of Australian GST and payroll compliance.

The essence of the role is simple -

Deliver Full Function Bookkeeping and Payroll Processing and Compliance

Nurture Client and Team Relationships

Leverage Systems and Technology

Work From Home (with monthly and bi-annual in-person meetings)

What you bring to the table -

Team leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour

10+ years experience delivering end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll

5+ years experience using Xero

Current BAS Agent Registration

Proactive problem solving and initiative

Exceptional time management skills

Extra points if you have experience in the following -

Dext

VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Karbon
