Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, providing swift and effective resolutions.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Reporting: Monitor team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in corporate travel, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
