The Camden Hotel, located in Caulfield South, was first established 1873 and has been at the heart of the local community since.

The hotel offers an upmarket Restaurant, Sports Bar, TAB, Gaming Room and Function Spaces. We believe in providing a high level of customer service while still being able to have fun coming to work.

The opportunity

As we continue to grow our team, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and experienced Supervisors and Duty Manager’s to join our awesome team.

This opportunity is suited for someone available for between 20 to 38 hours a week across a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, nights and weekends

Requirements

Experience in Restaurant, TAB and Gaming

Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritise tasks

Deliver a high level of customer service

Current RSA certificate

Current RSG certificate

Current Gaming license

Bar knowledge

Sequence of service knowledge

Team working ability

High-level work ethic

Excellent customer service

Ability to learn quickly, and think on your feet

While experience is preferred, all candidates will be considered with training available for the right person.

Responsibilities

Assist management to ensure excellent customer service

Maintain venue compliance and ensure profitability across all areas

Managing and running day-to-day operations

Balancing cash

General bar work and waiting duties in restaurant as required
