Location: Fox in the Chamber – 90 High Street, Woodend VIC

Hours: Part-Time | Wednesday to Sunday

About Us:

Fox in the Chamber is a community-focused café known for top-notch coffee, nourishing food, and genuine hospitality. We’re passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space – and we’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor to help lead our team and keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Lead shifts and support the team through busy service

Set the tone for a high standard of customer care

Help train and support junior staff

Manage daily operations including opening/closing duties and stock management

Work closely with management to uphold our values and culture

Stock take and ordering

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years barista/coffee experience is essential

Strong leadership skills with a team-first attitude

Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on the fly

Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure

Friendly, approachable, and passionate about hospitality
