About the role

Start Date: Late June.

As the Restaurant Manager at Little Red' (what the dinner service will be called), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our vibrant restaurant located in Werribee, VIC. In this casual position, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a talented team to provide an exceptional dining experience for our valued customers.

We will be serving Tapas style dishes (shared plates) Along with some delicious drinks.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, staff training & inventory management

Ensure exceptional customer service by providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, inspiring your team to deliver consistently high-quality service

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives

Liaise with the culinary team to maintain a consistently high standard of food quality and presentation

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic and revenue growth

What we're looking for

Substantial experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a memorable dining experience

Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using restaurant management software and technologies
