Kittens is seeking a motivated Manager to join our South Melbourne team in a full-time or part-time capacity, depending on experience. About the Role:

As a Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, compliance, and profitability while maintaining high customer service standards. Working closely with the management team, you will set the tone for a professional and enjoyable venue experience.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Team Leader, Supervisor, or Bar Manager) with a bar or nightclub.

· A hands-on management approach, leading by example and maintaining high operational standards.

· Strong knowledge of entertainment and beverage operations with a passion for service excellence.

· Ability to motivate and develop a team, ensuring a positive and high-performing culture.

· Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

· Experience in venue compliance.

· A focus on driving revenue and controlling expenses while enhancing customer experiences.

· Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver an exceptional guest experience in a clean, safe, and professional environment.

· Ensure the venue is fully operational and compliant with industry regulations.

· Lead a hands-on team, working alongside staff, including behind the bar, to maintain standards.

· Oversee processes and procedures to ensure staff compliance and efficiency.

· Drive team training, product knowledge, and service excellence.

Requirements:

· Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.

· A National Police Check (NPC) for employment.
