FLOOR SUPERVISOR & FLOOR MANAGER - CASUAL WITH POTENTIAL TO GO FULL TIME

The Telegraph Hotel Geelong is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our team.

The successful applicant will liaise with hotel management to oversee day-to-day operations of our very busy restaurant, with a focus on dinner services and assisting with functions and events.

Key selection criteria:

Minimum 3 years experience in restaurants or cafes

Exceptional communication, organisational and customer service skills

Ability to lead by example with a hands-on approach

Strong food & beverage knowledge including dietary requirements and restrictions

An eye for detail

Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and closing shifts

RSA

OH&S knowledge

Must be living locally with no visa work restrictions
