About the Role
You’ll manage new client onboarding while building referral relationships across the Melton and greater VIC NDIS network. This full-time role offers hybrid flexibility and the chance to help shape service delivery in a growing organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead client intake and onboarding
• Maintain referral databases and build local networks
• Represent the organisation at expos and events
• Create and update promotional and client materials
• Support rostering, compliance, and admin tasks
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth

What We’re Looking For

• NDIS or Aged Care intake/admin experience
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Strong local knowledge of the Melton/VIC NDIS landscape
• Tech-savvy – Visual Care or similar systems experience a bonus
• Organised, professional, self-motivated and great with people
