As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping event success through intelligent, consultative sales and strategic relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:
• Proactively research and generate new leads
• Conduct consultative sales engagements to understand client needs
• Create tailored, intelligent proposals to close deals
• Maintain regular client engagement and relationship development
• Work collaboratively to develop new commercial opportunities and enhance offerings
• Oversee and manage sponsor and exhibitor experience on-site
• Contribute to business planning and strategy development
• Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to optimise sales activity

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within media, events, or related industries
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Skilled in needs-based selling and proposal development
• Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CRM and lead generation tools
• Commercially savvy with a proactive approach to networking and client management
• Adaptable, creative, and collaborative team player
