As the Sous Chef, you will be a team player, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting with Menu Development to showcase seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Quality Control to maintain food quality, taste and preparation
• Kitchen management that ensures efficient kitchen operations, organisation and cleanliness
• Kitchen Safety that adheres to strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Communication that facilitates smooth operation between front-of-house and kitchen; as well as clear and respectful communication with team members
