We are looking for a powerhouse to bring King Ludwig's to the next level. Are you a young CDP and want to take the next step becoming a jun. Sous Chef?

We are counting on a professional, a real professional and enthusiastic person that want to work with like minded people. Yes, a basic understanding of German cuisine would be helpful but is not essential as we want to add more international dishes, specials and set menus, so our guests can experience more than sausages and schnitzel but also for you to be able to show your creativity and capture a new market here on the ridge.

We have exclusive access to 20 head of cattle down in Boonah - your call how you will have it cut up and delivered, including offal if you want.

You are a part of the TIP pot and won't be disappointed.

Currently we are open for only 4 dinner services and 5 lunch services. Tuesday/Wednesday is closed. Lunches are certainly busier with the German dishes being popular, dinners are showing the most potential in highlighting your craft.

We offer a 4 day week for all our salary positions for our Sous Chef.

All we want from you is that you are a people person with a fantastic attitude; we expect great planning and communication skills, great overview of the cold room, be a self started and be the right hand of the Head Chef... all basics really.

Anyone working with us needs to be a people person with great attitude and manners.

You need to embrace that we might operate a bit different than other places as I am the owner and also the operator with 35 years in hospo and on site all day, every day.

Live in accommodation with pool on site is available if needed.
