We're looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to support the successful implementation of Dayforce. This 6-month fixed-term contract plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and a smooth transition from Preceda to Dayforce. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with flexibility to work both from home and in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the new Dayforce payroll system
• Perform parallel payroll processing to validate accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth data migration and system configuration
• Provide input on process improvements and best practices throughout implementation

Your Profile:

• Demonstrated experience in Dayforce implementation
• In-depth understanding of parallel payroll processing
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
