We're looking for a dedicated Senior Payroll Specialist with NZ Payroll experience! This pivotal role involves overseeing payroll for over 4,000 employees in Australia and New Zealand, with a strong emphasis on driving accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the precise and punctual delivery of fortnightly payroll for over 4,000 Australian and New Zealand employees via ADP GlobalView.
• Taking full ownership of the end-to-end New Zealand payroll cycle, ensuring strict adherence to NZ legislation (PAYE, KiwiSaver, leave entitlements).
• Skillfully resolving complex payroll discrepancies and detailed queries.
• Proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for service delivery enhancement and ongoing payroll process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance by monitoring payment correctness, eligibility, and timeliness against Awards, EBAs, Employment Contracts, policies, and all relevant legislation.

About you:

We're seeking a proactive and meticulous professional with a robust understanding of payroll operations in a large-scale environment. Your commitment to accuracy and exceptional service will be critical.

You'll also have:

• Extensive knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation and compliance, including PAYE, KiwiSaver, and the Holidays Act.
• A deep understanding of Australian payroll legislative requirements (PAYG, SGC, payroll tax).
• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within a large, complex organisation.
• An analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of independent issue resolution.
• Excellent communication abilities and a strong collaborative ethos for working with diverse teams.
• Prior experience with ADP GlobalView/SAP and/or Workday is advantageous.
