AJ Blunt Painting is looking for a Business Development Manager to take our award-winning painting company to the next level.

We specialise in high-quality painting services across the residential, commercial, strata, and heritage sectors. Our team is known for delivering exceptional results – from large-scale apartment complexes to detailed heritage restorations. Now we’re looking for a motivated BDM to uncover new opportunities and help grow our client base across Adelaide.

Your Role

Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across multiple sectors.

Build relationships with builders, property managers, strata groups, facility managers, and developers.

Work closely with our estimating and operations teams to ensure a smooth handover from quote to project delivery.

Represent the AJ Blunt Painting brand at industry events and networking functions.

Collaborate directly with the Director to align business growth with company goals.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in a business development or sales role (bonus points for experience in painting, building, construction, or facilities maintenance).

A self-starter with the confidence to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

A current driver’s licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided).
