We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (Relationship Manager) to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and represent our mission in the community.

🔹 About the Role

As our Relationship Manager, you’ll be the face of CHOICES4U in the sector. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, lead business development initiatives, and represent us at networking events and exhibitions. Your mission: to grow our impact through meaningful connections and innovative outreach.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth strategies

Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and referral partners

Attend networking events, conferences, and exhibitions

Promote CHOICES4U services through proposals, presentations, and social media

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stakeholder feedback translates into action

Lead engagement through social platforms and community networks

Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and cross-sector collaboration

🔹 About You

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Strategic thinker with business development experience (preferably in NDIS or health sector)

Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed KPIs

Confident presenting proposals and leading meetings

Skilled in conflict resolution and relationship management

Excellent digital literacy and comfort with CRMs/social media

Current driver’s license and relevant checks (WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening)

🔹 Desirable

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Disability Services, or Allied Health

Experience in the NDIS or community health sector
