We’re currently recruiting a highly capable Head of People & Culture to join the executive leadership team of a well-established and respected organisation.
This is a career-defining opportunity to lead and evolve the people strategy in a values-driven, performance-focused business.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the People & Culture function—guiding the organisation through transformation, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning people initiatives with strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a contemporary People & Culture strategy that drives business performance
- Lead all Industrial and Employee Relations (IR/ER) functions, including award interpretation, performance management, and enterprise agreements
- Drive workforce planning, leadership development, and succession strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and department heads
- Champion employee engagement and build a culture of accountability, inclusion, and excellence
- Ensure full compliance with employment legislation and best practice HR frameworks
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments
- Deep understanding of IR/ER, employment law, and workforce strategy
- Strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to execution
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
