About the Company

Our client is a large-scale PV module production company which is 100% Australian-owned company. It has established factories worldwide, including China, the USA, South Africa, Portugal, and Mexico.

About the Role

They are looking for an HR Head who is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the manufacturing environment. This role involves strategic planning, managing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular audits.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide coaching, and support employee development.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation programs.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Communicate policy changes to employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR management software.
