About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this front-line role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing advice, support, and solutions regarding our products and services. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and lead times to customers
Process orders, quotes, and customer requests in a timely manner
Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Work Closely with BDM to organise their Quotes and Administration
Maintain Fitting Schedule Database, be the Liaison with Operations on a Daily Basis
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Support sales and marketing initiatives as required
Assist walk-in clients at our showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative role (automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality service
Knowledge of vehicle accessories or a keen willingness to learn
First line of Support to our BDM
