The SSAA facilitates target shooting across Australia. The National head office is located in Adelaide. The national office provides membership services, publication production and insurance services to members. Our Office Manager is a key part of our team, undertaking administrative tasks and working closely with the CEO to ensure the smooth running of the office.
This is a new role for the SSAA and will combine elements of Chief of Staff, Admin, HR and Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will, in conjunction with the CEO, be able to grow and shape the role over time.
Tasks include:
Monitoring member contact via the ‘Contact Us’ page on our website
Processing orders for magazines and publications
Coding Tax Invoices
Liaise with advertisers to send out competition winners prizes
Process pays each fortnight
Submit mail online and send out
Collate costing to charge advertisers and pay authors for each magazine
Reconcile receipts and code Visa statements each month for CEO and other staff.
Assist CEO with administrative tasks
Assist the CEO with some HR tasks (subject to experience).
