Project Coordinator – Fabrication Industry

A well-established and growing engineering firm is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to support ongoing fabrication projects across New South Wales and Victoria. With a solid reputation for delivering high-quality structural and stainless-steel solutions, this organisation is expanding its team to meet increasing project demand.

The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of fabrication projects, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proactive approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with drafting teams to coordinate workshop drawings

Manage procurement of materials and external treatments

Oversee logistics and delivery scheduling to project sites

Serve as the key liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Track and report on project progress and production milestones

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification

Maintain compliance with all relevant health and safety protocols

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A trade or engineering qualification (or equivalent industry experience)

Proven background in steel fabrication or related sectors

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office and project tracking tools

A current Australian driver’s licence
