A bit about the role

In this office-based role, you’ll be coordinating your assigned projects from start to finish – managing timelines, collaborating with teams, and ensuring our customers have an outstanding experience throughout the process. You’ll work closely with our Project Delivery Manager and Engineering/Production teams to ensure everything stays on track.

You'll be someone who:

Keeps a cool head when things get busy

Knows how to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball

Communicates clearly and consistently with both customers and teammates

Has a knack for problem-solving and a strong attention to detail

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating projects from start to finish

Creating project schedules and contingency plans

Sharing regular updates on project status

Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

Communicating clearly about project progress and outcomes

Proactively identifying and solving issues before they impact the customer

Advocating for the customer at every stage

What we’re looking for

A great candidate for this role will have:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in a customer focused environment

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

Great computer skills and ability to learn and navigate IT systems

A customer-first mindset and collaborative approach

Calmness under pressure and a solution-focused attitude

A project management qualification (a bonus, but not a must)

What success looks like

Projects delivered on time and to scope

Happy, well-informed customers

Strong collaboration with internal teams

Clear communication and smooth project execution
