About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to work closely with an experienced Project Manager and gain hands-on exposure across the full construction lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for managing new project leads - from attending site visits and preparing quotes to coordinating with foremen and seeing projects through to completion.

Starting with residential jobs, you’ll also support the delivery of commercial projects, building your skills in estimating, coordination, and project management along the way.

The role also involves working with numbers, budgets, and basic reporting, so strong attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets and documentation is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

Residential (Primary Focus):

Respond to and manage incoming project leads

Attend site visits to measure, assess, and discuss works with clients

Prepare markups, quotes, and scope of works

Send and follow up on quotes, converting leads into approved jobs

Prepare and deliver project handover packs to the foreman

Coordinate handovers with site teams and track project progress

Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle

Commercial (Support & Development):

Assist the Project Manager with scheduling and procurement

Support communication with subcontractors and suppliers

Help maintain key project documentation and internal reporting

Sit in on commercial project meetings to observe and contribute

Learn commercial processes with a view to stepping into a PM role

Who We’re Looking For

2 - 3 years’ experience in construction, estimating, or coordination

Strong communicator with solid attention to detail

Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and basic reporting

Proficient in CRMs, email, and tools like Excel and Word.

Willing to learn quoting, markups, and project management

Ambitious but grounded - understands how to support and grow within a team

Concrete, landscaping, or civil experience (bonus)
