Our client, an expert in the Design and Construction of fit-out, refurbishment and retail projects is currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Coordinator to join their team. With over 30 years spent delivering the highest quality projects in their field, they are busy with an exciting and strong pipeline of projects around Melbourne Metro.

The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will be based on site, working closely with both the Project and Site Manager to assist with a very exciting project set to span over 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and coordination of project activities and timelines
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor engagement, and scheduling
• Track project progress and report on key milestones
• Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence
• Liaise with suppliers, consultants, clients, and internal teams
• Assist with compliance, quality assurance, and site documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within commercial construction
• Exposure to retail construction projects is highly desirable
• Experience across both fit-out and structural scopes of work
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
• Located in or willing to travel regularly to Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs
