Junior CA / Project Coordinator | Residential & Commercial Projects

If you've recently completed a Construction Management degree and are looking for a structured entry point into both high-end residential and commercial construction, this is a solid place to launch your career. You’ll work closely with an experienced team that will support your development across project coordination, contract administration, and site delivery.

You might have come from a carpentry or site background and already know your way around a set of plans. You’ll bring a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn the contract and project delivery side of construction.

You’ll assist with letting trade packages, tracking variations, processing invoices, and supporting the project team through procurement, compliance, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll get exposure to both residential and commercial projects, with plenty of scope to grow into a more senior role over time.
