About the Role
1 and One Consulting is seeking a tech-forward Evaluation Consultant to support the delivery of evaluation frameworks, implementation plans, and performance reporting for Commonwealth and State Government programs.

You’ll work directly with our senior leadership to develop high-quality products that shape government decisions, using Ai and digital tools to do the job smarter and faster.

This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering and meaningful work.

What You'll Do

• Design theories of change, program logic, and evaluation approaches
• Develop performance measures, indicators, and data strategies
• Draft reports, slide decks, and practical implementation advice
• Collaborate closely with the 1 and One team while owning and delivering key evaluation products
• Work smart and fast using Ai tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in evaluation, research or policy work
• Demonstrated experience with Commonwealth and/or State Government programs
• Strong skills in developing evaluation frameworks, indicators and implementation plans
• Confident writer and communicator with excellent structure and clarity
• Delivery-focused: self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
• Tech-forward mindset: You’re excited by Ai and actively use it in your work.
