Are you a production and logistics pro with a love for detail and efficiency? We’re on the hunt for a Compliance & Production Manager to join our close-knit, fast-moving team based in Moore Park, Sydney. In this full-time role, you’ll be the go-to person managing global production, timelines, shipping, QC, regulations and supplier relationships—while working with some of the best in the beauty biz. What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure global compliance for packaging, ingredients, and certifications (working with external consultants). Register products in international markets and maintain key documentation. Conduct QC checks and resolve product issues.
2. Production & Supplier Management
Oversee production timelines, supplier communications, and ongoing manufacturing needs. Support all production initiatives with the CEO and broader team. Manage global sourcing, PO approvals, and cost tracking in collaboration with Finance.
3. Artwork & Packaging Compliance
Maintain updated artwork files, brief design teams, and coordinate with overseas suppliers on packaging specs to ensure all artwork is compliant, approved, and archived accurately.
4. Stock Control
Supervise repacking, barcoding, and product coding. Liaise with global warehouses for stocktakes and deliveries, ensuring documentation and QC alignment.
5. Logistics Coordination
Manage all shipments and customs processes. Liaise with freight forwarders, approve quotes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Communicate delivery ETAs to internal teams.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of at least 3 years' experience in a similar production and logistics management role, preferably in the cosmetics or skincare industry
Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong technical knowledge of production, QC, regulations, and compliance operations.
Good understanding of overall global regulations that affect the skincare industry and knowledge of how to interpret required changes.
