About the Company:

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Operations Manager to oversee production, logistics, safety and supply chain functions. This role ensures smooth daily operations while maintaining our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the Warehouse, Compounding and Production Teams, and working collaboratively with our QC, R&D & Admin teams, your responsibilities would include

General Management:

Manage daily operations across our busy Production facility and warehouses.

Drive continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Resolve production or order-related issues and maintain quality control standards.

Lead the operations team to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Foster a Continuous Improvement culture and promote respectful, open communication.

Warehouse

Production & Supplier Management

Oversee production timelines and supplier communications.

Oversee sourcing, purchase ordering and cost tracking with Finance.

Stock Control

Oversee repacking, barcoding, and product coding.

Ensure stocktakes and inventory accuracy across warehouses.

Ensuring purchase order requirements are met through raw material inventory

Dispatch

Oversee dispatch documentation and maintenance of logs

Oversee communication with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Compounding:

Ensure supply into compounding meets all requirements

Ensure supply from compounding to the production schedule

Collaborate with R&D to transition new products into manufacturing.

Production:

Align client orders and manage our production schedule with production capacity and timelines.

Drive output requirements in line with company expectations

Ensure consistent quality is maintained through production runs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations/production management (In cosmetics, pharma or food manufacturing.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team development.
